  • We are now looking for the gene responsible for Osteogenesis Imperfecta type VI. We'd like to get DNA samples from families with OI type VI. If you or your child has been diagnosed with OI type VI, contact us.

  • We now have a new cutting edge machine to measure bone density in the arm, a peripheral Quantitative Computer Tomography (pQCT) scanner. It measures bone density for a cross-section of the bones in the forearm. This gives more detailed information and other kinds of measures of bone density with less radiation.
